Let's face it, acne sucks! And treating it is a lot more challenging than defining your relationship with the guy that keeps you up all night (oops!). Luckily, I may just have the right product you actually need to stop that pesky pimples from breaking out.
Believe me when I say I'm not someone who's into skin care because I'm too lazy to do those day and night routines and secondly (and obviously), it's expensive. I used to rely only on soap and toner to clean my face at night but when these zits popped out all over my face, I panicked.
November 30 vs. December 11
The skin care newb in me went almost crazy because it seemed like nothing is ever working on my face. From the rejuvenating set to the pink drying lotion, I've already tried a lot of products.
Fortunately, Dr. S. Wong sent me their sulfur soap set meant to treat acne. Now I know this sounds sponsored (because it is) but trust me, these products helped my facial acne subside. Let me start this by saying that I'm very aware that this is a very small problem considering the global situation, but as someone who typically worries about every single thing, I need to say this: I'm (sort of) freaking out that I'm having breakouts on my cheeks—on the lower left part of my face to be exact.
I've had breakouts on my forehead and on my chin but not on my cheeks. It started in March so I think, one of the main causes is wearing a mask. But since it's now part of the new normal, the maskne problem may not be going away soon.
How to Prevent Maskne

- True to its promise, the Belo SunExpert Sunscreen is non-sticky and lightweight. I've been using the same brand of sunscreen for the longest time because it gives me what I'm looking for but now, I think Belo is giving my trusted brand a run for their money.
- It works like magic! When I went to the beach at 3pm, I forgot to apply sunscreen before heading out. I used the sunscreen 15 minutes before dipping into the water and after hours of soaking myself under the sun, lo and behold, uneven skin tone is nowhere to be found.
- Though after using this for a week, I haven't seen any whitening results, yet.
- But all in all, I would still recommend it.

- Far from what I thought of tints, Vain Stain's items feel lightweight on the cheeks and pout.
- The tints last longer than I thought. I used the lip and cheek subtle tint for a shoot at around 7am and even when I got to the beach at 4pm, I noticed that it did not fade. The tint looked more natural.
- The eyebrow set is okay but kinda sticky compared to other brands I've used.
- The makeup setting spray works but I don't like its super sweet and overpowering scent.
- I love their packaging! By looking at it, you would think Vain Stain is expensive because of their oh-so-nice packaging!
- The price is very affordable!
- All in all, I'm gonna rate Vain Stain products with a score of 7/10
